Recreational Classes
Ages 2 & up
The following classes are available to each student. Please refer to age, time frame, and requirements before signing up. Each class below (except Acro/Tumbling) will participate in our annual recital (optional). Please refer to the recital tab under "about" for more info.
Tiny Tots ( 2-3 yr olds)
TINY TOTS: 2-3 yr olds
Boys & Girls
Ballet/Tap
This class is focused on the little ones! In a loving secure environment it focuses on separation from parent and building on independence. They will learn motor skills and hand eye coordination while following simple directions in a small group setting. It will incorporate age appropriate music and games built around the beginner dance basics.
Class time: 1 hour.

Girls- Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers and tan VELCRO tap shoes. Hair up and away from your face.
Boys- T-shirt, shorts/sweatpants, black ballet or jazz shoes & black tap shoes.
TINY TOTS: 2-3 yr olds

Hip Hop/Tap
This is an introductory class to the creative movements of the popular hip hop and tap genres. These genres are fun and exciting to start at this young age and will give your child an early edge for this crowd pleasing skill.
Class time: 1 hour.

Taller Tots (4-5 yr olds)

Ballet/Tap
Preschool classes continue to build on the basics of dance. Children will increase coordination and balance as we introduce them to the beginnings of ballet, tap and creative movements. All will increase self esteem and independence as they get a jump start of preparing to perform in the future.
Class time: 1 hour.

Hip Hop/Break Dance
This is an early introduction to creative movements of popular hip hop and break dancing genres. These athletic styles of street dancing are both fun & exciting while set to inviting beats that will build on balance, coordination, natural rhythm & self esteem.
Class time: 1 hour

This is an introductory class to acrobatics incorporating creative movements that will improve balance and coordination.

This class consists of high energy and free styling. You will learn different techniques and tricks such as, popping and locking, up rocks, six steps, freezes, power moves, and much more. This is a perfect class for the students who love upbeat music and street dance.
