Policies & Tuition Information

Each season a registration fee is due upon enrolling for any Dance or Acting for Camera class. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE- $30 per person or $40 per family.

A valid credit card on file is required for all registered students. Additional processing fees will apply for all credit card payments. To avoid fees Cash, Check or Zelle payments are accepted prior to the due date.

- Tuition is a yearly price split up into 10 monthly installments for your convenience. This means that the same monthly payment is due regardless of the number of classes in a particular month.

 

- First month's tuition is due upon enrolling to secure your child’s spot. Each month's tuition after is due by the 1st of the month. May and June tuition will be due May 1st​.

 

- Tuition will be posted on the portal on the 25th of the month prior.

- We offer a 10% Sibling Discount on Tuition if both children are in the same department (both in dance or both in acting). We also offer Multi Class Discounts

- There are no refunds or credits due to student absences. Your child can make up any missed class with any other age appropriate leveled class. Make ups must be done within the current season and are a courtesy of the studio. You must notify us in advance before scheduling a makeup class, as all sessions are tracked.​

​

- A $60 costume deposit per recital dance will be due by Saturday, October 26th. The costume & jewelry (1x purchase- will be used every year)  balances will be due by Saturday, December 14th. 

​

- A $30 mandatory Recital Video Fee will be billed to each family’s account on April 1st. This guarantees a digital download of all Recital shows for each family. This applies to Recital & Competition Families only.

- If your child wants to drop a class a written notice via email prior to the next billing cycle is required. If a class is dropped on the first of the month or after you are responsible for paying that current month.
